- Our salaries are competetive with the Big Four. Employees are given bi-annual performance and salary reviews.
- Overtime is paid at a straight hourly rate for every hour worked in excess of 40 hours per week.
- Flexible schedules, part time work, and telecommuting options are available to experienced employees.
- Vacation and sick pay policies:
- Employees earn 80 hours of personal leave after April 15th.
- Employees earn 40 additional hours of personal leave ratably during the year.
- Employees have the option of electing to earn additional vacation hours instead of receiving overtime pay.
- Vacation and sick pay does not lapse at the end of the year.
- Staff enjoy half day Fridays every other Friday from Memorial Day - Labor Day.
